• Driving: From I-29, take the 41st St. exit. Stay in the left two lanes to continue onto 41st st heading east. Turn right onto Western Ave., turn right onto West 46th St., then turn left onto S Elmwood Ave. Dakota Vascular is on your right. (Make sure you are at the building that faces Elmwood.)
• Parking: Free parking is available directly in front of our clinic. Our entrance is wheelchair accessible, with designated ADA parking spaces near the door.
